A healthy organism is capable of temporarily buffering more acid components. However, long-term medication, inadequate drinking quantities, or existing organ disorders additionally impair the self-regulation of the acid-base balance.

If the ability to buffer diminishes, being too acidic fosters problems at almost all body levels.

Am I Too Acidic? This Is the Plan!
