Am I Too Acidic?

A healthy organism is capable of temporarily buffering more acid components. However, long-term medication, inadequate drinking quantities, or existing organ disorders additionally impair the self-regulation of the acid-base balance.

If the ability to buffer diminishes, being too acidic fosters problems at almost all body levels.

Am I Too Acidic? Do You Have Any of the Following Symptoms?

  • Rapid fatigability
  • Decreased performance
  • Exhaustion, rapid chills
  • Cold hands and feet
  • Headaches
  • Increased susceptibility to infections
  • Mood swings
  • Pain in the limbs
  • Intensified body odor
  • Increased leakage
  • Flatulence
  • Constipation or diarrhea
  • Hair and nail problems

In case of being too acidic, acid-base balance support may be useful for you.

Take the Self-test

YES NO
Are you prone to muscle spasms or tensions?
Are you often having headaches?
Do you often feel unfocused and tired?
Do you have muscle and / or joint problems?
Do you have skin and / or brittle hair or nails problem?
Do you often wake up at night, or do you have trouble sleeping?

Do you eat / drink little?
Fruit and Vegetables
Salad
Herbal tea / Still mineral water

Do you eat a lot:
Meat
Bread / Roll / Cake
Cheese
Sausage
Values Independently: Did you answer 5x with YES
Then a chronic acidosis may be possible.

Do You Have These Health Risk Factors?

The biggest factor influencing your inner health is your eating habits, thereby the increased consumption of:

Meat, sausages, fish, eggs, cheese, fast food, convenience products, white flour products, sugar and sweets, sweet drinks, coffee, alcohol, and nicotine.

There are, however, other factors that have a negative effect on your acid-base balance.

These can include:
Lack of exercise in the fresh air, lack of sleep, physical or emotional stress – in short, your lifestyle.

The organism can normalize short-term imbalances of acids or bases via the body’s own regulatory systems such as the bicarbonate or phosphate buffer. In this process, the excretory organs intestines, kidneys, lungs, skin/mucosa are stressed for the additional removal of an excessive amount.

Disturbances and diseases of such organs indicate the urgency of this problem.

Am I Too Acidic? This Is the Plan!

Therapeutically, being too acidic can be influenced primarily by your diet. The consumption of alkaline foods and acid-binding minerals in citrate form as well as trace elements provides your organs and tissues with healthy “buffers” again. In this way, they succeed in achieving a natural balance again.

Drink at least 1.5 – 2 liters of natural water a day, do regular exercise in the fresh air, and get individual advice at your pharmacy for a lasting alkalizing effect on body, mind, and soul.

Among other things, this includes:

  • Suitable alkaline minerals, which are contained, for example, in our Base.
  • Alkaline baths plus alkaline stockings/wraps, you can do e.g. with our Bath.
  • Intestinal support with effective prebiotics and probiotics. We recommend Grow and one of our bacterial preps Select, Premium, and Compens.
  • Sustainable liver relief
